General Terms and Conditions of Business set out in this document would be applicable to all commercial transactions made through the website, where the holder is Domainet 2008 S.L., B98428550, with registered office in C/ De les Madeixes 6, Polígono Industrial "El Pla", 46870, Ontinyent (Valencia), hereafter Maxicovers.

Object and Activity is dedicated to the sale of sofa covers, sofa protectors, other protectors and textile accessories.

Current prices shall be respected at the time of the order confirmation for all orders. will do all the necessary efforts within its means for the information contained in the website to be truthful and without typographical errors.

In the event of any typographical error may occur, beyond the control of, it shall be corrected immediately upon detection. If it should happen that a customer decides to make a purchase based on an error of this kind, will contact the customer to inform immediately about it, to resolve it or so that both parties, provided they are mutually agreed, can cancel the order at no cost for the customer.


The online shop Maxicovers will not be held responsible for the breach of contract signed in cases of exhaustion of stocks or unavailability of a product, force majeure, interruption of the activity or total or partial strike, both from the supplier of the product and from carriers and logistics. If in the event of force majeure an order cannot be delivered, the full amount of the purchase will be refunded.

Types of delivery:

The products will be shipped to the address specified by the customer on the registration form when ordering.
If delivery address is a post office box, orders will not be shipped cash on delivery payment (COD).
All products purchased in the web will be shipped via:
Private carriers or express couriers. Post office.

Shipping/transportation costs

The orders are shipped via transport agencies agreed by Maxicovers to the delivery address that customer has specified in the order. Maxicovers pays a part of the shipping costs to make your purchase choice as easy as possible.

Peninsula and Portugal:
Shipping costs for this area are 3€ (VAT included).
If the total amount of the purchase is over 100€, delivery is free of charge.

Balearic Islands:
Shipping costs for this area are 12.70€ (VAT included).
If the total amount of the purchase is over 120€, delivery is free of charge.

Europe (Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg and the Netherlands - Holland)
Shipping costs for this area are 8 (VAT included).
If the total amount of the purchase is over 300€, delivery is free of charge.


Maxicovers prices include taxes. The purchase system is subject to the legislation in force in Spain, therefore all the prices of products offered include taxes. Sales transactions will be understood to be carried out in the fiscal address of Maxicovers.

Product returns

1st In case of a return for any reason beyond the control of the company

All products shown in our online shop are supported by important companies. Our commitment to our customers is to offer top quality and the best guarantee. If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a term of 14 calendar days, which starts from the date of receipt of the order, to return it (according to article 104 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of 17th November, approving the revised text of the General Law for the protection of Consumers and Users).

The product must be returned in the original condition you received it, with the fair use to simply verify the good state of it and with its original packaging in complete and perfect conditions. Otherwise, the product will depreciate.

In case of a return, collection costs will be paid by the customer. If the product does not arrive in good state and with its original packaging in perfect conditions, it will not be reimbursed.

Once we receive the item, and once we have inspected the condition of it, we will proceed to refund the amount you paid for it using the same payment method used to purchase the item.

To return an order delivered to Spain/Peninsula or Portugal, the customer has the choice to use our transport agency and the amount of that service (7.15€) will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.

To return an order delivered to other area of Spain/Islands or the rest of Europe, the customer is in charge of returning or exchanging the item by own means.

In the event that an item does not arrive in perfect conditions to us or arrives incomplete, it will remain at our warehouse waiting to be collected by the customer.

2nd In case of delivery errors or defective products

The return of defective products or incorrect shipments will be admitted by Maxicovers, and Maxicovers will cover the shipping costs. Once we receive the products, we will verify the reality of the fault or mistake and we will send the right item to the customer at no extra charge.

The return or refund of customized products or items with special measures or sizes is not allowed, as this kind of products have been specially made on customer request.

As a consumer, you can make a refund using your right to withdraw. You may cancel the contract, notifying the seller within a maximum period of 14 calendar days from receipt of the product, without any penalty for exercising said right (according to article 104 of Royal Legislative Decree 1/2007, of the 16th of November, which approves the revised text of the General Law for the Protection of Consumers and Users).

The total amount of the purchase shall be refunded to the consumer within 14 calendar days of the seller being informed of the decision to invoke the right to withdraw, using the same means of payment used by the consumer for the initial transaction, unless the consumer states otherwise.

The product must be returned in the same condition in which it was delivered. Once it arrives at the warehouse, a simple check will be carried out to check the state and/or functioning of the product. The complete original packaging must be respected, otherwise the goods could be depreciated.

The costs of return in case of exchange will be borne by the customer.

Cancellation of a purchase:

The user can cancel the purchase provided that the order has not been totally processed and has not left our warehouse. In these cases, it is advisable that the customer contacts our Customer Service by telephone (+34 960 707 757) to confirm the cancellation of the order.

Should the order be already shipped before your phone call, your purchase will be treated as a return.

Customer returns will be sent carriage paid, using any transport agency or by post. Otherwise, they will be returned, except those orders which result from manufacturing problems.

Delivery times vary depending on the geographical location of the destination of the purchase (except for vacation periods or bank holidays). In case of delay of the order, for any reason, you will receive a notification via e-mail or telephone.

Shipments to Spain /Portugal

We send you the order within 2-3 working days, except for certain products that take 10-12 working days (fabrics, 4-seater covers, wing chair covers, chair covers, duo system, super stretch covers, Chester, corner sofa, pouf, Ikea sofa covers, chaise longue stretch covers, cushion covers and relax sofa covers).

Shipments to Islands/rest of Europe

The shipments to the Balearic Islands and rest of Europe are delivered within a maximum of 15 days.

Once your order left our warehouse, we will confirm you via e-mail the expedition of your products.


Maxicovers warrants its products, in the terms established by law, for a period of 2 years from the date of delivery. The customer is required to notify us of the lack of conformity within 2 months of having knowledge of it.

In the event of a conflict or disagreement interpreting or applying these General Terms and Conditions, Courts or Tribunals will be those required by the applicable legislation on jurisdiction.
