In Maxicovers we know that you need time to decide your purchase.
If for any reason you are not satisfied with your order, you have a term of 14 calendar days to change the products or return them: send the disclaimer document (Download the disclaimer document) to firstname.lastname@example.org or via telephone to the customer service (+34 960 707 757).
- The product must be returned in the original condition you received it, with the fair use to simply verify the good state of it and with its original packaging in complete and perfect conditions. Otherwise, the product will depreciate.
- In case of changing a product, collection costs will be paid by the customer.
- Once we receive the item, and after having inspected the condition of it, we will proceed to refund the amount you paid for it using the same payment method used to purchase the item or to send the new products chosen to replace them.
To return an order delivered to Spain/Peninsula or Portugal, the customer has the choice to use our transport agency and the amount of that service (7.15€) will be deducted from the total amount of the refund.
To return an order delivered to other area of Spain/Islands or the rest of Europe, the customer is in charge of returning or exchanging the item by own means.
In the event of a change, the shipping cost of the new products will be as follows:
Spain Peninsula and Portugal:shipping costs are 7.15€ (VAT included).
Balearic Islands:shipping costs are 12.70€ (VAT included).
Canary Islands, Ceuta and Melilla: shipping costs are 18.44€ (VAT included).
France, Germany, Belgium, Denmark, Luxembourg and the Netherlands (Holland): the customer is in charge of returning or exchanging the item by own means. The customer must previously submit the request for change or return which that has to be accepted by Maxicovers.com (Download the disclaimer document).
In case of delivery errors or defective products: Maxicovers will be responsible for replacement of the product at no extra charge to the customer.
Important: the return or refund of customized products or items with special measures or sizes is not allowed (pieces of fabric that have been specially cut or wing chair covers specially made on customer request).
